The house I bought had a serious suphurous water problem and the water treatment system in place wasn't working. 2 other companies in the area gave me quotes for about $7000 saying the system had to be replaced. Nelson Water sent Steve out. He got everything up and running for $180. He explained the entire system (I am from the city) and showed me the basic maintenance I should do in clear simple terms. This was one of my best experiences with a service technician of any type. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. These are the guys you want.

The service guys at Nelson Water are very knowlegable about their products and explained everything very clearly. The installer was extremely neat and managed to place our new water softener to make it simpler for loading the salt. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism.

this is a good place for your water treatment systems. It's all they do, and they do it well. We've used them for a decade or more. I've used them both for systems & parts I install myself and for "turnkey" fully installed systems. A great team!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Steve today. He serviced my water treatment systems and made some repairs. He was very courteous, worked quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. I think the cost for the service was very fair.
