Our country water needed some fine tuning. Research phone calls were made to three softener companies. Two had answering services. Nelson Water answered the phone. Questions were asked and answered. An appointment was made for a representative to come to our home at no charge to test the water.
On the scheduled day, the representative arrived, introduced himself, his background, his experience and he tested the water. Tests showed manganese levels needed some attention so the representative recommended a specific softener best suited to our needs and not his employer's wallet. The warranty and other details were explained. We agreed to purchase the softener. The installation was completed on time, the install was neatly done, some customization was included for outside taps, kitchen tap and garage tap; instructions on how to program the unit should hydro fail were included as well as some troubleshooting tips.
The finished product has met our expectation. We can feel and see a difference in our water. The install also included purging our water lines and hot water tank. In summary, good service, good product, good follow up and our water is properly treated. Would I recommend this company? Yes. Thanks for a job well done.

We have been dealing with Nelson Water for many years and have always been very happy with the thorough and professional manner in which the technicians perform their job. Bill went above and beyond to get our system updated. He identified that our pressure tank was about to go and took care of it promptly and expertly. With the rebed of our iron filter too, it is like we have a whole new system, and the water is beautiful.
Stew took care of our 18 year old RO and now are drinking water is fantastic.
Thanks, Nelson Water for taking the worry out of owning a well and dealing with heavy iron, laden water. I highly recommend the great crew at Nelson Water.

We recently had to have our UV system replaced and Steve from Nelson Water did an very professional job.
Steve was also very helpful in informing us as to the merits of a RO system which we are now considering acquiring. What I liked was that I was getting enough information to make an informed buying decision and not a sales pitch. Well done.

Called to have them service our water system due to low water pressure they were able to come in the next day. Clearly explained what was going on and fixed the issue promptly will definitely be using them again

The people at Nelson are very professional. We've been using them for at least twenty years now for our water softener and reverse osmosis system and we've always been pleased with their work and their staff. Can't imagine using anyone else.

We had a reverse osmosis (RO) system installed under our kitchen sink a few weeks ago by Nelson Water. The technician, William, was on time and very professional. The installation went quickly and was well done. After the installation was complete he verified everything and explained the working of the new system. He also answered all my questions. We are very pleased with this system and the water tastes great! We definitely recommend Nelson Water.

We've been dealing with Nelson Ecowater for 20 years. Our experience has been great - product, people, responsiveness. Just had some work done (new iron filter) and that went great. Always impressed with the professionalism of the installers - on time, no surprises, willing to explain everything in plain language.
