Nelson Water Inc provides 365 days labour warranty towards any issues related to the recent installation on top of the regular warranty that the equipment comes with. This varies 5- 10 years, depending on what type of equipment they buy.

From the moment you accept the quote, we will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your appointment. This prompt response is possible because we maintain a good inventory of all products and can accommodate urgent requests.

What is a water analysis, and why do I need it?
A water analysis involves testing your home’s water to assess its quality and identify any contaminants or impurities present. We also do bacteria testing through our certified lab.
How much does the in-home water analysis cost?
Free water analysis. However any testing done from our lab is provided at our cost.

Can I drop off a water sample at your office?
Yes, you can drop off a water sample at our office. When you arrive, our team at the front will take your information and pass on the sample to our water specialist if he is not present in the office. The specialist will call you back with detailed results and recommendations. Please ensure the sample is collected in a clean container and properly sealed to avoid contamination.Â
