New iron filter installed today. From order to install it was a week or less. Everyone I've dealt with at at Nelson is great. It was refreshing to have Dave and Zach do the install. It's great to see younger guys who have an expert knowledge about the systems they work with, are respectful, and do their work well and fast. Clearly they take pride in doing it right.

Dave from Nelson's did a fantastic installation. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. Throughout he included my input regarding the location of all components maximising our space. Clean site lines, very thorough.

David and Lloyd recently installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis system in our home. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their service!

Frank came to do a regular maintenance and provided exceptional service. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and showed me the parts he was replacing (with an explanation). He has been servicing our system for a few years now and we are never dissatisfied.

I recently had David come to my house to replace my iron removal unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. David was exceptionally professional and displayed a deep understanding of his craft.  I highly recommend David for any water treatment needs; his expertise and professionalism truly set him apart.

As a long time Nelson customer we had our annual water softener inspection this week. As always I asked for Frank to do the service. Frank is excellent. A complete professional who knows his trade, is very experienced and respectful of our home and our time. Nelson Water is well represented by such an outstanding employee.
